AION 2 Global EU Daily Reset Follow-Up: Missing Oct. 25 Content Passes Have Been Granted

Region: AION 2 Global Europe (EU) only. On November 4, 2026, NC updated its notice about the October 25 daily-reset issue and confirmed that the content entry passes that failed to reset as intended in Europe had been granted. This is a follow-up to the earlier investigation, not a new reset outage on November 4.

From investigation to completed delivery

The original October 25 notice said that some EU players had not received their expected Shugo Keys and Nightmare Tickets recharge after that morning’s daily reset. NC initially said it was investigating.

The November 4 revision now confirms that the content entry passes that did not reset as intended in the EU region on October 25 were granted. The meaningful change is the status: the issue moved from investigation to a confirmed grant.

What is confirmed—and what is not

The update confirms that NC granted the content entry passes affected by the October 25 EU reset issue. It is a resolution update to the original report, not a new global compensation campaign.

The accessible update summary does not disclose the number of affected accounts, the exact quantity granted to each account or individual delivery records. Those figures should not be guessed or presented as a universal reward for every player.

If your EU character still appears to be missing a pass

Log in again and check the relevant character’s dungeon entries and item state. If the issue remains, contact official support with the character name, server, date and screenshots so the account record can be checked.

This notice is specifically about the October 25 reset issue in the Global EU region. It does not establish that NA, Asia or South America had the same problem, and it says nothing about reset or grant procedures in the Korean or Taiwanese services.
