Region: Korea PLAYNC service only. In its October 21 third-week known-issues notice, the Korean service listed a problem with extracting the Noble Crystal Arcana (고결한 결정 아르카나). When players attempt the extraction, the system may display an “Arcana extraction data is abnormal” message and prevent the process from completing.
What is confirmed—and what is not
The notice confirms that the extraction flow may fail. It says the detailed follow-up schedule will be provided as soon as it is confirmed. The notice did not provide a firm fix time, so this should not be described as resolved, nor does the available wording establish that every character or every Arcana extraction is affected.
If you encounter the error
- Record when it happened, the character involved, the steps taken, and a screenshot of the message.
- Check your inventory and relevant records rather than assuming the extraction succeeded.
- Send the evidence through Korea’s official support or bug-report channel, and watch the known-issues notice for an update.
The notice does not say whether materials are consumed when the error occurs, and it does not announce compensation or a rollback. Those details should remain unconfirmed until NC provides more information.
Korea-only status
This is a known issue reported for the Korean PLAYNC service. There is no evidence in this notice that the same bug has been confirmed for Steam/PURPLE Global or Taiwan, so the regional scope should not be generalized.
