AION 2 Korea's October 21 Fix: Artwork Remnants Restored from History, with Silentium Retrieved for Sold Items

Region: Korean PLAYNC service only. The October 21 Korean patch notes describe a retroactive item-handling action for Artwork Remnant, the material obtained from Expedition and Transcendence content.

Who may be affected?

After a Substance Morph recipe for Artwork Remnant was added on October 7, NC said it would use pre-update gameplay records to handle items that had previously been deleted, sold, or restored. Eligible Artwork Remnants are to be granted to the relevant character’s Cube (inventory), so affected players should not assume they must farm the same materials again before checking their inventory.

For an item that had been sold, the notice says bound Silentium will be retrieved according to the sale amount. The published notes do not provide a case-by-case calculation table, so there is no basis to promise a fixed amount for every character. The result depends on the recorded history and NC’s processing.

What should players check?

  1. Review the relevant character’s Cube for retroactively granted Artwork Remnants.
  2. If you sold the item before the change, watch for a corresponding change to bound Silentium.
  3. If the recorded history appears to qualify but no adjustment is visible, compare the case with the official notice and contact Korean-service support with the character and transaction details.

This is a Korea-specific restoration action. It does not confirm that Steam/PURPLE Global or Taiwan will use the same process or schedule.
