The Korean development team’s October 13 broadcast offered a useful planning update: Chapter 1 is now expected to end on November 11, 2026, one week later than the previously discussed November 4 endpoint. The scheduling change is tied to a player appreciation celebration already booked for Sunday, November 8.
The reason behind a one-week move
Inven’s contemporaneous Korean-language broadcast notes explain that the team would like to reveal some of the next chapter’s content during its anniversary event before closing the current chapter. The gathering is planned for aT Center in Seoul. Moving the Chapter 1 boundary to November 11 allows that preview to take place first.
Those are planning statements shared on a developer broadcast. They should not be confused with an itemized November 11 patch announcement, nor does the broadcast recap supply a complete agenda, ticketing policy or registration instructions for the event. Anyone considering attending should verify those details through the Korean service’s official notices.
What a longer chapter could mean for players
If the proposed date is reflected in the final in-game calendar, Korean players may gain one additional week to manage late-season progression and competitive objectives. There is an important caveat: the chapter’s endpoint is not necessarily the expiry time for every temporary item or promotional exchange. In particular, Halloween event items and other time-limited currencies may have their own deletion dates.
The team also discussed improving how rankings operate so that participation does not revolve solely around a frantic closing week. No finished new ranking algorithm or release date was established in the public recap, so players should treat that as design direction rather than a live system change.
No confirmed Global schedule change
The Korean and Global services are on separate content calendars. November 11 is not a confirmed Steam Global season reset, just as the November 8 gathering is not a Global anniversary event. Global players can use the Korean discussion for context, but should plan around their own official announcements.
