Region: the Korean PLAYNC live service. These October 14, 2026 changes are not a confirmed Steam/PURPLE Global feature rollout.
Combat balance dominated discussion of Korea’s October 14 patch. For Legion organizers, however, a smaller client improvement may be more useful every day: the Legion roster can identify the dungeon where an online member is playing, and members can be sorted by item level or combat power.
Better context than an online indicator
NC’s patch wording is specific. If a Legion member is logged in while inside a dungeon, the roster shows the dungeon name. This helps an officer distinguish someone who may be busy with an encounter from a member still arranging a group.
It does not say the system offers one-click teleportation, reveals every activity in real time, or bypasses the game’s existing group and server restrictions. The update concerns information shown in the Legion interface, not a new matchmaking mode.
Two sortable progression measures
Legion rosters now support sorting by Item Level and Combat Power. They are useful for planning expeditions, assigning experienced participants to difficult content or simply identifying which members might appreciate catch-up runs.
Neither number replaces the complete criteria for a successful party. Class roles, encounter familiarity, availability and the dungeon’s actual entry requirements matter too. NC has not described this as automated team creation or as a reward for players with high scores.
Separate from the October 7 preset expansion
Korea’s October 7 update had already expanded several saved equipment and HUD presets, plus wardrobe slots. The October 14 Legion changes are additional, not a repeat of that preset count increase.
The same later patch also breaks the self-nameplate visibility setting into individually controllable elements—character details, HP/MP/SP gauges, status effects and markers—and adds an inverted camera Y-axis option. Those personal display controls are secondary quality-of-life adjustments, distinct from the Legion roster’s new organization tools.
An important Global limitation
International-server players should not assume all Korean UI refinements arrive together. A camera setting appearing in a Global patch, for example, does not independently verify that the Korean Legion sorting and dungeon-name display are available there. Consult the Global client and its own release notes.
