AION 2 Global has added a post-launch gift for players who want to revisit character creation: one bound Customization Voucher.
NC says the gift was sent after seeing strong demand from players who wanted to adjust their character’s appearance. The official notice points players to ESC → Closet as the place to use the customization system.
This reward is separate from the other launch promotions. It is not one of the regular Twitch Drops, it is not part of a coupon code, and it is not tied to a Founder’s Pack purchase. It is a standalone Global-service appreciation gift.
That makes it especially useful for players who rushed through character creation during the launch rush and later decided they wanted to change their look. Rather than waiting for another event reward, the voucher provides one direct opportunity to revisit appearance settings.
The short Steam post does not list a long-term claim deadline. Players should therefore check in-game mail and the Closet interface promptly, and rely on any expiration information shown inside the game if a separate mail timer is attached.
This notice applies to AION 2 Global on Steam and PURPLE. Korea and Taiwan are separate regional services and should not be assumed to receive the same gift.
